Returns Policy
Returns for Any Reason We accept returns on all products for 30 days from the delivery date. If an item was sent untracked, the delivery date is considered to be 2 days after shipment. Items must be unused and in resellable condition unless they arrived damaged. Items need to arrive back with us within this 30-day window.
Changed Your Mind or Don't Like the Product? You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us. We can send you a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund if it's more convenient or cost-effective for you.

These prices cover up to 6kg in weight. If the order is larger, multiple labels will be required. Prices are for UK collections only. Contact us if you are outside the UK. Returned items should be undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
Item Was Damaged, Faulty, or Other Reasons? We will cover the cost of returning a product that arrived damaged or faulty within 30 days. We will offer to replace the faulty or damaged item, or refund you in full, as per your preference. For missing parts of kits, we reserve the right to replace the required parts rather than the entire kit.
Customized, Personalized, or Special Order Items Custom items and special order items cannot be returned for a refund as they are not sellable or may be hard to resell.
If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we will still offer a refund or replacement on custom orders.
My Item Has Not Arrived. Can I Have a Refund? If your item has not been dispatched yet, we can cancel your order and refund you in full, except for special order items that we have already ordered from the supplier. If your item has been dispatched, we will need to investigate with our couriers before continuing with the refund process. This may take up to 14 working days, though it is usually quicker. We always offer a full refund or replacement for lost items.
Your Refund Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving your returned item.

BACS Payments: We will need your bank details for a BACS repayment. BACS payments usually arrive in your account the same day, but please allow up to 5 working days.

PayPal (Debit or Credit Card) Payments: Refunds will be processed to the payment method used. This may take up to 7 working days, but usually within 3-5 working days.

Credit or Debit Card Payments: Refunds will usually be with you within 1-5 working days.

Cheque Payments: Refunds will be processed via cheque and posted 2 working days after your payment has cleared.
